Why do most banks don't offer HELOCs?
I want to know if anyone has a good experience with HELOCs. I’m aware that most banks don’t offer HELOCs anymore and I just started doing research about it. Thanks in advance. by jeremy794 from Eastport, Idaho. Oct 14th 2022

There are lots of HELOC options. Send me an email with your specifics and I can attempt to direct you in the correct direction as it appears you may be in Idaho and we only originate in Florida. STEVE@FSMG.US

Jeremy - thanks - there are still many HELOC lenders ...these lenders normally will only allow a HELOC to be on a primary residence and also most heloc lenders are maxing the combined loan to value at 80-90% of value ....HELOC rates normally tied to PRIME rate ( 6.25% now ) and most helocs allow interest only payments
