More info needed.. First, and most important.. is your MFH considered "real property".. meaning, has the home been architecturally attached to a permanent foundation and has the wheels been removed? Assuming it is, then you should not have a problem finding a lender to refinance it.. Start by contacting a local mortgage broker.. Brokers have access to a network of lenders, each one offering a different set of lending guidelines.. the more lenders, the more lending options and the greater likelihood of your loan scenario being accepted.. if your home is not considered "Real Property", then it's unlikely refinancing would be beneficial.. you get the best interest rate when the MFH is new.. as it get's older, the rate goes up and the term gets shorter.. just like auto financing.. I'm the preferred Lender here in Scottsdale AZ, and Arizona and California is my primary market. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
