Typically i see a turnaround time of 7-14 days depending on appraiser availability and workload. It could also take longer depending on location, property size, and availability of comparables. Hope this helps,Mike

I do home loans in SLC and get appraisals back in 7 days at the longest. I can also rush appraisals to get them back in 24-48 hours for a small fee increase.

Every area is different. Here in metro Phoenix, if the property is in town, then we will see it within 5 to 7 days.. but if the property is out of town, it can be as long as 2 weeks.. Call your loan officer.. he should be able to tell you when to expect it.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Every area is different, in my location; appraisals are 3-5 weeks out.

Each area is different...but the standard turn time is 1-2 weeks. A rush can be requested, though.
