What is the max loan amount for an FHA loan?
I make about $45k gross each year. I have a good credit score of 680. As much as possible, I want to stay within my budget but at the same time, I want to know how far I could stretch it. FHA 2022 loan limits for Broward County SFR is currently $460,000. Conventional financing options are currently higher but with your income, I do not believe you will need to worry about maxing out on either.
