What day is the USDA working on for North Carolina loans

As of today they are now reviewing loans submitted on November 5, later today they will be reviewing loans submitted on November 6.I hope this helps, you can expect a backup for some time in the near future since USDA has made many towns ineligible for a USDA loan starting this spring.For more information visit our website at www.NCMortgages.net

USDA has one speed.. And that's low speed... lots of submissions, and limited underwriters, makes for long turn times... but hang in there... They'll get to it eventually..... Very backed up. Have your loan Officer get exact details on where your loan stands.

Last I was told on the 19th that the USDA was working on the loans from the 2nd and 5th so ours was turned in late on 5th early on 6th with it being a holiday when should we know ? We are to close soon we was supposed to close last week but they hadn't got to users so in wondering with the holidays where will that put us
