What are the chances to get approved to buy a new home with a 680 credit score?

More info needed, but in general.. one late (30 day) payment over 1 year ago and a 680 mid credit score are both within the acceptable range. You would still need to meet all other eligibility requirements, so it's best you let a qualified local expert look at your complete scenario.. only then will you know for sure..
