Want to refinance my home in texas while living abroad.

Me and my husband own a house in El Paso, TX and would like to refinance it. WE currently live in Europe and are renting our property in Us while we are gone. We get our income from a local company, but file taxes in US. I would really like to take advantage of the low rates. Currently I have 30y fixed for 6.125%. I would like to ask if this is anyway possible? by hanna._707_229 from El Paso, Texas. Sep 29th 2012 Reply

It's very possible and because rates are low, you should take advantage now... reach out to a local TX broker, like Larry Bennett, and apply with him... By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Hanna, Good morning. You would need to sign in a US Embassy with a notary and we do everything via email and phone. It is as simple a process as if you were in TX! If I may be of service please let me know. Have a great day!Brad Cahoone972-724-3222 - bcahoone@globalhomefinance.com - apply online: globalhomefinance.com/apply.php
