Seller was to do treatment after termite report we sent them. Instead they got a report showing no evidence of termite. Solution?

Call the termite company and ask why they are showing no evidence of damage. Where was the intial damage?

The original report indicated there was evidence in the carport area. No response yet from the second inspector.

If the inspector you hired found evidence of termite infestation that requires treatment, the seller cannot simply hire (or bribe) another inspector to issue another opinion.
