Public records search -- I recently spoke to neighbors of the house we bid. I think info is missing

The info the neighbors gave me is different than what the lender told us. How can we verify? by hutton405 from McGill, Nevada. Nov 2nd 2020 Reply

I always provide title information if requested to all my borrowers. Depending on what you wish to know, title companies offer a lot of information. :) Nathan Kessler NMLS 377217

I'm not sure why you would be relying on a lender to provide you info about a home. Typically public record info is provided by your Realtor and the Title company you are using. You didn't say what you thought was missing or wrong but reach out to your Realtor for clarification. If you are using the same Realtor that the seller is using (and in my opinion, you shouldn't), doublecheck with Title to clear it up. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ At NEXA, we've got you covered.
