What is the procedure to obtain financing for a first-time home buyer with not so not perfect credit? The home has already been selected, no realtor was used, and it is for sale by the owner. by GaryIndiana61 from Buckhead, Georgia. Mar 1st 2017

Gary, I have a program for you down to 580 credit scores. tom@lendfm.com. 678-571-7433. Call me to discuss. You shouldn't let anyone pull your credit until you have spoken to someone about your situation.
You need to talk to a local mortgage loan officer, and stay away from the big box banks.. they will not help you.. Once an experienced Loan officer has reviewed your application and credit, they can advise you as to which loan program will be best suited for your scenario.. and they will walk you through all the steps.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
