Portfolio Lender Needed for a refi with cash out
I have a second home in Scottsdale AZ valued at $1.2M. I have a 500k loan on it. I'd like to refi with as much cash out as possible. My score is around 760 and high income. Getting new financing when you already have 4 or more mortgages requires a little shopping around. Not all lenders provide over 4 loans. You don't need a specialized portfolio lender. You'll get a few no's before you get a yes. But you can get a yes. The rules will likely be tighter. I can lender over 4 loans, but only in MN and WI. www.MortgagesUnlimited.biz
