No credit FHA Streamline in California

Yes.. there is a company out there that does FHA streamline refi's without pulling credit in CA, so even if your score is 500 or less, there' a way to go.. You have to be current and have had no more than 1x30 day late payment in the last 12 payments, and it cannot have been late in the last 3 months.. my contact info is below, shoot me an email and I'll get the lender info for you.. We do have one lender that will do a FHA Streamline with only a mortgage rating and FICO score over 680.

William, if they do not pull credit then how do they know your score is 500 or less. How do they know that there is not late payment for the last 12 payments etc...Kukumjacka, there will be a pull on credit however, there are lenders that will do low FICO score.
