We can but need everything ASAP.. VA is 10 days on appraisal. we can underwrite you during that time frame. Once I have contract and disclosed we can rush the rest.jerry

Absolutely - but would need everything requested ASAP. Tax returns for 2014 and 2015, W2s and/or 1099s to match, 30 days pay stubs, 2 months bank statements, DD214, Certificate of Eligibility (which we can obtain), DL and SSC - purchase contract, and a full loan application. It's impossible to guarantee.. But I will say this.. every one will say yes, regardless of whether or not they can do it.. Here's the reality.. When it comes to VA financing, or any financing for that matter.. the property is going to need to be appraised.. VA appraisals take longer.. typically 2 weeks or more.. If the property appraised value comes in at or above the sales price and there are no deficiencies within the property that needs to be corrected, and the appraiser used "Good" comps, and all the other cog's in the wheel go smoothly, then yes.. it's possible to close inside of 30 days.. But in reality, just about every deal has issues and delay's.. I'm not trying to be Debbie downer here.. but if you enter into a contract, then your expectations should be in line with what's more likely.. , and it's more likely you will close late than on time.
