Not gonna happen.. Although I do appreciate the service of our vets, lenders are only concerned about risk vs. reward.. and land is very speculative.. so lenders approach loans on these property types very cautiously.. Good credit scores, good income, low debt to income ratios, and they must have a LARGE down payment.. It's unlikely you will find anything with less than 20% down.. but more than likely, they will need 30% to 40%.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
