The minimum fico score for one loan at 90% is 740. However, we can combine a 1st and 2nd lien. The rate for the 1st lien of $800,000 would be 4.50% for a 30yr fixed and the 2nd lien would be for $100,000 at 5.50% for a 30yr. I will also send this to your email directly. Alix
