Lender is asking for me to sign a 4506c, 10 days after the loan has already closed. What happens if I don't sign it?

Lee - thanks ....technically the lender might call the note ... realistically - the lender will likely not do anything . You should sign the form so the lender can do their post closing steps on the loan . Good luck and thanks
