I refinanced my mortgage 3months ago can i refinance again

Yes, but you have to pass the "net tangible benefit" test.. in other words, you have to be saving enough to make it worth while.. Also, some lenders will use the lower valuation between the 3 month old appraised value and current value.. I'm not sure why you would want to refinance.. rates are not that different from 3 months ago, but to answer you question, you can refinance if you choose.. ..
