You should be able to qualify for an FHA loan as long as your financial history is still in good order. It would be best to have some one do an application for you so you can be pre approved for a purchase. Joyce 301 915 5644

Absolutely you would qualify for an FHA loan. You are able to have an FHA loan on a primary home as long as you meet the criteria to qualify for that loan. Please feel free to call me to review your options as there are many more options other than FHA available in todays crazy market. Brad 267 884 0032

Yes... for most scenarios, you can only have one FHA mortgage at a time.. since you sold the home, you can get another FHA loan assuming you meet all other guidelines.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi Delreese...Yes, as long as your other credentials meet the guidelines you are not limited to getting another FHA loan. But these days FHA might not be the only loan you qualify for, particularly in DC where there are programs like DC OpenDoors and others that might be a more opportune financing solution for you and your family. To learn more you can reach out to me here at www.RonSchwartz.infoor call me 240-403-7233 Ext. 212

The only reason i can think of that a previous FHA loan would disqualify you is if you did a short sale and FHA had to pick up part of the loss.
