That's going to be tough to find online.. most programs have a very short life because funding runs out... yet the program details remain online for ever.. Try contacting a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. They should be familiar with any local FTB programs being offered.. Also, once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi Cyndy!William offered up some great information but please don't go through a broker. Make sure you are going with a Correspondent Mortgage Lender who has direct access to Fannie, Freddie and FHA. You can get into a home for as little as 3% down and in most instances you are allowed to use gift funds. Guaranteed Rate, Inc is a national company that is ranked top 10 in the mortgage industry and we close thousands of loans monthly with OVER 1.5 billion in fundings every month. 80% of that business are purchase loans. I am licensed to assist you in the great state of Indiana and if you would like to have a conversation and perhaps go so far as to get you a pre-approval, I am available anytime for your family. www.guaranteedrate.com/jamiehoisington My direct number is: 314-439-8214.
