I am currently over 2 years into a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and wish to refinance my home. Options?

You should be good to go so long as you have the equity, no missed payments since the bankruptcy and your credit score is acceptable. Contact a local mortgage broker and apply with them.. guidelines allow for a refinance so long as you have made the last 12 payments on time and you have permission from the trustee.. you also need to meet all other lending eligibility requirements such as minimum credit scores, debt to income, sufficient equity, etc..
