First time home buyer means you have not owned a home in the past three-years. FHA is not a first time home buyer program, although it is commonly used by first time home buyers. For FHA loans, and first time home buyer loans in MN, WI, and SD, visit me at www.FirstTimeHomeBuyer-MN.com

Although there are many requirements for FHA financing, being a first time home buyer is not one of them.. So long as you meet all other eligibility requirements, you can use FHA... If you have high credit scores, it might be better to go with conventional.. with conventional as a FTHB, you only need 3% down and the MI can be very inexpensive.. There also might be other programs which might be a better choice, but to advise you, i would need to look at your complete loan profile.. Feel free to reach out to me.. i'd be happy to show you multiple options. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
