Hey Glenda, as long as it's a non jumbo loan you should be fine with getting a loan. What is the purchase price your looking for and in what area? We can run a pre-approval first thing Tomorrow if you like. Is there a number so I can call you Tomm morning to discuss further .. thanks again

More info needed, but in general, Conventional requires 2 years after discharge... but if you are looking for a Jumbo loan.. then every lender is going to have varying requirements... It's best to connect with a local mortgage pro *(stay away from the big box banks).. let them look at your complete loan profile and they can advise you what is best for you. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
