How can I get a copy of my mortgage insurance certificate if B of A refuses to provide to me?

I found a lender who will refinance under HARP 2.0 even with if I have LPMI. My current mortgage is with B of A and I found out that the mortgage insurance is held by PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. and I think it was paid up front. I've paid for the appraisal and supplied the lender with the all necessary documentation they asked for. They need one last piece of information. They need a copy of LPMI certificate from B of A. I was told that's the only way they can request for the transfer of the new certificate. However, B of A has been unable or unwilling to provide this information. I even contacted PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. but they said they cannot give me that information. The request has to be made by B of A. I am at wits end because I have been trying to get a copy from B of A for almost a month now. Today, I was told by B of A that they may not be able to provide me with that information. Basically because I'm not authorized. I'll find out by Thursday. Their PMI dept. is putting another request in for a copy of the certificate. I was told either I will get a copy or be told in writing that they won't provide it to me. What if I can't get a copy of the certificate? It's holding up my refi.
