Foreign earned income

I am a US citizen and have been working overseas for more than 30y. No W-2 nor Schedule. Which lender accepts 1040 and F2555 by Frederick_L from Davis, California. Mar 27th 2020 Reply

To; Fred Glick (FredGlick)Quicken and Chase turned me down. They recognize only W-2 and Schedule C. I am not self-employed, how can I get schedule C. This is how our people rejecting the faithful contributing US citizen.My income is stable and credit score is above 750 (I did not check recently)

Hi Frederick, as long as you file your tax returns and claim the foreign income on F2555, then we can use that income to qualify you for a mortgage in the United States. We would also need your employer to complete a written employment verification form, which confirms your current employment status, job title, start date, and earnings information. I am licensed in Washington State as a mortgage broker which is a higher level of licensing than a bank employee. I also have a flat fee so the cost in total is much lower. fred@arrivva.com
