We are licensed to lend there. Call me. Joe Shamie, 866-970-3400 x-274
There is a link on Lender411 at the top... "Find a Lender" type in your city state or zip code, and you should have a list... but I caution you to only deal with someone LOCAL... not one of those internet companies who deal in all 50 states... WilliamAcres.com

You can use Lender411 as a start. You can also do a search through Google, Yahoo or Ask.com, etc. You can also check with your State's Department of Financial Institutions to find licensed lenders. I always recommend using a Licensed Mortgage Banker or Mortgage Broker rather than one of the banks. Why? Because a Mortgage Broker/Banker is Trained, Tested and Licensed in all aspects of Mortgage Origination. A bank employee is not required to be licensed. They only have to be registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System. That's right. No Training, No testing, and No License. Just registered. Once you have identified a prospective Originator, check them out at the National Mortgage Licensing System at www.NMLSConsumerAccess.org ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
