Good Morning, there are many factors regarding rates these days, but you will be looking at rates in the 2.875 to 3.25 range. I would be happy to give you a quote, you can contact me at kitsy@ohiocpaitalmortgage or our website, www.ohiocapitalmortgage.com. Thank you Kitsy Burt, NMLS#230669
It's not as simple as my score is X. There are many factors that go into the pricing of a loan. What is the loan balance? Are you taking cash out or not? Is it an FHA, VA, USDA or conventional loan? Conforming or Jumbo? Qualified or non-qualified loan? What is the term? Encapsulating all of the above components, you could be looking at an APR between 1.75% for a ten-year VA of $650k+/- to 4.5% APR for a non-qualifying (non-income based) $400k 30-year loan. It is impossible for any lender to legitimately answer that question for you without a full and complete review of your personal application. Best rate on what loan program, is it investment, owner occupied, down payment size? Then from there, you have personal choices. Best rate with paying 2-points, one point? Best rate with no closing costs, or reduced costs? The reality is you need to speak with a local mortgage broker to go over all your options to get the answer.
