Can you enter into escrow without all of the funds available?

I can put 20% down on a house but not for another 30 days. Would that be an issue when putting an offer in on a house? by uplvr725 from Durand, Massachusetts. Sep 27th 2017 Reply

Before you will get your "Clear to Close".. the underwriter must review and verify all down payment sources, so the funds must be in your account and sourced before loan doc's will ever be drawn.. If you have a 45 day close, and you provide the documentation as soon as the funds are in your account (30 days later), then you should be able to close within 2 weeks after that.. It's important that you work with a lender who is designed for speedy closings.. Our company has several branches in MA, however, i personally am not licensed in MA.. I'd be happy to get you connected with one of our loan agents in your area.. just let me know.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
