Yes.. under the HARP 2.0 guidelines, you are allow to refinance both 2nd homes or investment.. there are pricing adjustments since both carry a higher risk, but you can definitely refinance.. You might want to talk with a northern California, licensed mortgage originator -- and get things started. What you may find is that yourcurrent lender may then contact you and try to get you to take their refinance deal. If they do, talk it over with your mortgage professionalto make sure they are not hiding some extra fees or costs somewhere.
