Can i still get a mortgage with judgments against me?

Hi Jennifer - unfortunately, you cannot. They will have to be dismissed either by paying them, or in some cases, filing bankruptcy removes them as long as they're not tax related. In most cases, the judgments must be paid at closing. If any judgments are over 10 years old, be sure to contact me.
