Can I still apply in 2015 for not paying tax when buying a house because i'm a first time buyer.?Thanks

Need Tax Returns as loans will require a 4505T to verify filing. First time homebuyer status does not have relevance.

If you have filed an extension you could have until September to qualify for a loan with unpaid taxes for 2015, it is hard to say you will want to speak with a local lender and give them the full file so they can make a determination.

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your question. Let me just offer you a scenario:If you would like to purchase this year, the 2014 taxes must be filed. If you haven't, it's not too late to file. If you filed an extension, you can still purchase a house with 2013 and a 2014 extension. I hope I answered your questions. If you have any other questions pls. feel free to send me an email and I will try to respond promptly.

In regards to your question; To buy a house 2 years tax returns has to be filed. You can file your taxes for last year still but might have some penalties for filing late charge. But you need to ask your tax preparer.
