The short answer is NO.. All loan funds are wired to the title company's account through the federal reserve bank. and they are only open on working days.. not holiday's.. Also, when you think about it.. all the moving parts to close a loan need to be open the day a file closes.. The lender, the title company,, even your county recorded needs to be open since the lender will not authorize the release of the funds until your deed's are recorded.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
