Short Answer is YES! however it all depends on how much of a loan you are trying to get qualified for, how much are your other monthly obligation and if you have filed for a BK in last 3 years or had a foreclosure in the last 7 years.

Knowing just the basics, YES! However, we have to take other compensating factors into consideration to determine your true qualifications. Feel free to call me any time to discuss further in depth. 425.282.0552

Generally yes, and there are some excellent programs available such as the Washington Housing Finance Commission House Key loan program, which you may be eligible for, depending on your circumstances. It's best to get pre-qualified early to know your best financing options. Good luck!

Yes. Maybe. Probably. A credit score of 620 is adequate for many loan programs. The other factors to consider include the loan amount, your other debts, (both of which drive your Debt to Income ratio), how much you plan on putting down, etc. Contact a local Mortgage Banker/Broker, rather than one of the big banks. Unlike a bank employee, who is most likely just an order taker, a Mortgage Broker/Banker is Trained, Tested and Licensed in all aspects of Mortgage Origination. He/She will have access to loan products of many lenders, not just those of one bank, and can properly guide you. But more importantly, He/She is trained to take a look at the various different options available to you and guide you into the one that makes the best sense for your situation. Don't forget to check out your selected Mortgage Originator at the National Mortgage Licensing System at www.NMLSConsumerAccess.org ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
