Your question is confusing.. A new loan as in refinancing? A new loan as in purchasing another home but keeping your current home? A new loan but selling your existing home? Many different scenarios are possible, but we would need much more info to advise you properly.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. I'd probably need a little more information. (a) are you wanting to refinance your existing loan or (b) are you wanting to buy a new home?I'm right here in Arkansas. Feel free to call me at 501-296-9037. -Jason Hornsby
