40%down payment bad credit no doc loans in florida

True "No Doc" loans are illegal.. portfolio lenders or hard money lenders have much more relaxed guidelines, but they all require you show income sufficient to service the debt.. with 40% down, you should be able to find someone.. however if you have so much for a down payment, I would take some of that money and invest in getting your credit restored.. spend $500-$1000, can save you tens of thousands in fees and interest...
