4 yrs completed in 5 yr 13. Deeded home to lender at onset of 13. If I pay off 13 early, how soon can I qualify for mortgage.

You will have to get court approval to add a mortgage during the chapter 13. I would talk with a local lender and your lawyer (if you used one to set up the BK)
