That's a tough one.. most lenders and lending programs (FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional) have a restriction on the maximum of land, usually 2.5 acres. Your best bet is to contact a local mortgage broker, not a bank, and apply with them.. they have access to numerous lenders and can find the right loan product for your particular property and scenario.
