Great service and easy to contact
When my wife and I were searching for a home, we we declined a mortgage at out local Bank. We then found Lender411 and called Mel Smith after reading his blog. He picked up the phone on the first call and took our application. When he told us that we were approved, we were really excited and hopeful. The amazing part, is that we closing within 27 days without a lot of haggle. The nice part is that I once reach Mel Smith on a Saturday evening when we has a major question. He is really great to work with and I have since referred a family member. We saved a ton of money and had someone that was willing and able to help us.

Great Loan Officer
This guy is a great person to work with for a mortgage. I went and met with him in person and we talked man to man regarding my mortgage needs. Others that I spoke to was not able to answer all my questions. He was very professional and really knows the mortgage business. I wanted to do a refinance. He was able to get me good rate and get me a loan approval. I rate him as #1 in the mortgage business and will recommend family and friends to contact him with their mortgage needs.
