Originally from a small town in Michigan, I moved to Florida in 1989 and began my career in financing in 1990. I've been very fortunate to gain training and experience in running wholesale companies which involved everything from sales, employee recruiting, to underwriting and dealing with the secondary side of the industry. Having gone retail in 2008, I could not be happier. I love all aspects in helping people realize their dream of home ownership for the first time home buyer to the seasoned home owner buying a vacation home or an investment property or refinancing a curent mortgage.
My experience allows me to make the process smooth, efficient and an overall positive experience for all parties involved. This should not be a stressful process and it's my goal to make sure the borrower understands their options and is able to make an informed decision while keeping all parties informed on the status of a transaction at all times.
