We operate as a Banker aligning ourselves with a powerful privately owned bank. We underwrite, process, draw loan documents, fund and close all under the same roof. We bank almost all products with very competative rates and costs to the client.

As Mortgage Planners vs. the common loan officer, our goal is to create a mortgage plan as a financial tool to work in unison with your financial plan and retirement plan.
The Gronlund Team is also HUD approved lender and considers government-backed loans to be a specialty.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is clear. People who don't have their finances in control can't really effect change in the more important areas of their lives.
