Fannie Mae is tightening some underwriting guidelines based on their performance data.They are set to release a new version (9.0) of its automated underwriting system called DU (Desktop Underwriter) over the weekend of Oct 20th, 2012. This will impact all conforming loans which follow Fannie Mae guidelines....
