I have served in many domains in both the private and public employee worlds. Before completing my Bachelor Degree I sold real estate and built homes for a living. During the last 32 years I worked in the NYS student loan programs, in the NYS Lottery as a marketing specialist, in NYS Tax & Finance as a senior budget analyst, and for the last 11+ years for NYS Civil Service, within the Testing Services Division, where I served as an Associate Personnel Examiner. The unit I supervised was responsible for creating/writing/administrating pretty much every New York State Agency/Department and NYS Municipality examination that covered titles whose main responsibility was directly associated with professional accounting and auditing, as well as pretty much any title that dealt with money (bank examiners, insurance examiners, purchasing, tax law, etc.) After retiring in July 2010 (and thoroughly enjoying it), I wanted to again utilize my knowledge, skills abilities and experience and go to work for myself. I am very active in real estate investing and loving every minute of it.
