I truly believe that a mortgage provides you with the best financing options that anybody can have. Make sure you are including this option in your overall financial plan. Unfortunately, it is overlooked since you don't get a mortgage many times throughout your life. After securing a loan, many times it becomes an afterthought. You might not even remember what rate you have since you set up automatic payments. Regulations change often and new options become available. An annual "Health Check" should be done even to confirm that you are in the right mortgage for your needs given the latest trends and market conditions.

Call/text/chat/email me to review your options and check if you can be in a better overall financial position.
