I began my career in 1997 with Service First Mortgage and quickly found my passion. Growing up in government housing, I understand first-hand how blessed that I am to create homeownership for hundreds of families every year. Because of my passion for low to moderate buyers, I have my FHA DE underwriter certification, as well as each of my team members. This gives us a unique brand in the marketplace. In addition to my extensive knowledge of FHA, I am an expert and "Go To" person for USDA and VA as well as Texas Vet. Although I am known as the "Government Queen", I average 40% of my business in Conventional loans because of my reputation as the expert in my marketplace.

A loan officer with my company for 17 years, I am not only a Top Producer but also manage and lead the top producing branch. My proven systems, marketed branding, and mentoring has increased my production year after year, and has done the same for the other loan officers in my branch. It is exciting for me to facilitate an environment of growth for others. In that effort, I also participate in continuing educational development and I am sought out as a nationally known speaker. I rank in the Scotsman Guide Top 100 Government Loan Officers, was award by DMagazine for 2014 Best Mortgage Professionals in Dallas, and was recently nominated as MPA Top 50 Elite Women Who've Made Their Mark on the Industry.

I became a licensed minister several years ago to honor my mother who was a Children's Pastor until her death. I credit my faith and perseverance that I learned from my mom, as well as The Duncan Group and Building Champions, for much of my success. Married to my husband, David, I am the proud mother of two sons, two step-sons, and grandmother of seven. I am also very active in my community and church.
