I am extremely knowledgable in Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo loans. My specialty is Residential Lending. With only 14,000 loan officers remaining licensed in the state of Florida, from 85,000 in 2007, I have worked hard to keep up to date with the current guidelines and changes so I can best advise my buyers.
