I work with many first time home buyers and help them learn and understand the what types of mortgages are available as well as seasoned homeowners that are buying their 2nd or 3rd homes. Refinancing clients has also been a large part of my business over the years as people are looking for cash out or a shorter term loan to better suit their needs.
