My specialty is in first-time homebuyers and investment loans. I stress education for all borrowers in managing their debt and in enhancing their investment opportunities.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in English from Quincy University. I have my Masters in English, as well as my law degree from Marquette University. I am a member of the Wisconsin Bar and Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers.
As an attorney I have experience in both real estate contracts and title issues, and I put that experience to work for every one of my clients so they know exactly what to expect throughout the process.
I believe very strongly in upholding my ethical and fiduciary responsibilities as both a loan officer and attorney. I emphasize mortgage education for all my clients, and I always make sure that the borrower is knowledgeable about the mortgage process before they even think about signing their mortgage.
As evidence of my commitment to better financial education, I offer a free class to anyone interested in learning more about residential finance and the mortgage process. To learn more about my Mortgage 101 class, click here.
