This wasn't our first rodeo, but we were in a unique situation where we already own two houses and were looking for our third to settle in the Chicago area. I'll be honest to say that our bank was horrendous but that is no fault of Josh's. He escalated issues with the bank's processing team to ensure that the deal got done correctly and smoothly. Had I worked with the bank directly I would have probably freaked out. Come closing day Josh went out of his way to come to the closing table. Of course there was a hiccup with the bank in the last minute but Josh got on the phone right away and ensured everything got resolved between the title company and bank. Craig Messman also came by and I was very impressed with his professionalism, sincerity and assurance that the deal would be done. For me personally, I am also happy that they have a strong local presence in the community. Let's face it, finding a mortgage on a house when you already own 2 is difficult.
