His education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Arizona University in 1993 in addition to all required continuing education and licensing requirements from NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) He has successfully managed teams of loan originators as well as operations. He actively originates new loans for 1st time homebuyers as well as repeat homebuyers. He has a wide range of ability of working with the complex self employed borrower to the credit challenged.
