My Ch 7 Bk was discharged on 2/4/13. I am in escrow on a new home, but my lender says they can't close until 3/1/17. Why?
There is a 4 year waiting period on conventional mortgages after a Ch 7 Bk. March 1, 2017 its 4 years, which would allow them to close. I hope that answers your question.
