<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">Gary N. Smith, CMC, is an Arizona native who entered the mortgage industry, over twenty years ago, as a loan originator.</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"> </div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">In 2006, after years of educating and training many in the mortgage field, Gary earned the Certified Mortgage Consultant designation. He is particularly proud of this honor as it solidifies his dedication to integrity, communication and professionalism that he gives to each and every client.</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"> </div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">In May of 2007, he was chosen to serve NAMB by being selected to a group of mortgage professionals who wrote test questions for the CRMS and CMC designation exams.</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"> </div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">In August of 2007, Gary for the first time in his career seventeen year career was forced to seek employment with another mortgage firm. He chose Premier Financial Services. He worked there from August of 2007 to January of 2009, at which time Premier became part of BNC National Bank, where he continues to originate mortgage loans. During his tenure, he has consistently been among the top producing originators for both companies.</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"> </div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">He is married to his wife of 29 years, Brenda, and they have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling and reading about our nation's presidents in his spare time.</span></div>
